To prepare pawpaw leaves and guava leaves tea, find 2-4 fresh pawpaw leaves and 15 fresh guava leaves. Wash these leaves thoroughly with clean water. Find a clean boiling. Add 2 2 liters of water into the boiling pot. Place both the pawpaw leaves and guava leaves in the boiling pot containing the water.

Place the boiling pot on heat and boil for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the pot from heat. Leave the mixture in the boiling pot to cool down to room temperature. When the decoction cooled down, strain the tea into another container using a fine strainer. Keep the container out of reach of children.

If you want to use the guava leaves and pawpaw leaves tea, measure out one cup and drink. Drink only two cups daily and do not use the mixture for more than 48 hours. After 48 hours, prepare another one.
